I lost or forgot my Username/password - can I retrieve it?
You cannot retrieve your password, but you can reset it. Please return to the student login page and follow the instructions for a forgotten username or password.
Do I need to install any special software or apps?
No. Only a modern standards compliant web browser is required, eg. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc..
Our preferred browsers to use are;
- For desktop PC and Mac computers: Google Chrome.
- For iOS devices: Apple Safari.
- For Android devices: Mozilla Firefox.
Do I need high speed internet? How much data will be consumed?
You just need to have a reasonable broadband connection. Any NBN, ADSL2 or 4G connection should be fine.
Completing the course will consume approximately 200 MB of data download and 100 MB upload, though these factors will vary depending on the device being used.
Do I need speakers or headphones?
The course contains videos that you must to watch and listen to.
There is voice over commentary throughout the course, that we recommend you listen to.
Can I use a Mac or PC
Yes either is fine. We recommend Google Chrome, although any modern standards compliant web browser should work.
Can I use an smartphone or tablet to complete my training?
Yes. The training will work on any smartphone or tablet running a modern standards compliant web browser.
Obviously a larger form-factor device will serve you better, but anything larger than a 5-inch device should be possible to complete the training on.
Is there training support if I get stuck?
Yes. Qualified trainers are available to respond to your email enquiries and call you back during business hours. Please submit a request via our self-help and ticketing system.
